Training Schedule
Intensive Week: Sept 5–14, 2025
• 10 days of immersive training (begins Friday evening)
Weekend Sessions:
• Sept 27, Oct 11, Nov 1 & 15, Dec 6 & 7
• 5–7 hours each, 1–2x/month
• Plus: Two short summer prep sessions (3 hours each)
Practicum (30–50 hours):
Self-paced final teaching component to complete your certification.

Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or take the leap into teaching, this dynamic and comprehensive training gives you the tools to lead high-energy, music-driven classes that combine yoga, Pilates, Barre, and HIIT.
Program Overview
This hybrid training focuses on strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. It is designed for those who want to teach—or simply embody—the fusion of movement and music.
What You’ll Learn
Foundational techniques in Barre, Hot Pilates/PiYo (Yogalates), and HIIT
Key principles of anatomy and physiology for safe and effective cueing
Creative sequencing and class design for different fitness levels
How to incorporate music, rhythm, and tempo to energize and inspire
Hands-on practice teaching in a supportive group setting
Integration of props and choreography for class variety and challenge

Practicum Requirements
After the training, participants are expected to:

Who is Eligible?
At Hot Yoga Capitol Hill we believe that yoga and wellness training are for everyone. While our program is designed to help trainees realize their full potential and become great teachers, we also understand that reasons for taking training will vary. Some trainees may simply wish to deepen their understanding and practice.
Costs & Fees
Cost for 200 Hot Yoga Teacher Training
$3,875 (if $400 nonrefundable deposit or full payment is made by June 15, 2025 you receive $250 off the total amount)
Final payments are due 2 weeks before start date TBA. Any payment received late will be charged a $100 late fee.
Cost for Piyo (yogalates), Barre, and HIIT training
$975 (If $200 nonrefundable deposit or full payment is made by June 15, 2025 you receive $75 off the total amount)
Final payments are due 2 weeks before start date TBA. Any payment received late will be charged a $100 late fee.
Housing and Meals
Housing and meals are not included. We are located in the thriving H St. Corridor near Union Station with a variety of options within walking distance. We are happy to provide recommendations and direct you to help find options.

Cancellations Policy
Once we receive your non-refundable deposit, we’ll send you study materials to get started.
If you need to cancel, you may do so up to one week before the training begins and receive a 90% refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit.
If you cancel after the training has started, we’re unable to offer a refund. However, you’re welcome to attend a future training, if space is available.
